INSPIRATION

“The depression was a blessing in disguise. It reduced the whole world to a new starting point that gives everyone a new opportunity” Napoleon Hill

We have not experienced a great depression, however we have experienced the great recession.

Webster’s Dictionary defines recession as: A temporary falling of business.

Webster’s Dictionary defines depression in more emotional terms: Condition marked my hopelessness, self-doubt, lethargy coupled with a period of reduced business and prosperity.

This leads us to the important questions regarding who are going to be the people that realize and benefit from some of the greatest opportunities being created in the history of our nation at this writing. It comes down to how are we controlling our mind regarding the state of things and how it relates to our personal economy. How has the world been reduced to a new starting place, and what are the industries that are developing out of this new need creating environment? What are the businesses that are experiencing massive growth? Who are the growth companies and who are the new leaders of industrie? Lastly yet importantly what is the mindset that we need to develop in this new business and social environment? We believe if you are in anything business having to do with Telecom, Voip (Voice over the internet), Video, Cell Phones, Digital TV and Computers/Web 2.0 technologies you will do very well. These are very high growth industries with massive demand for new technologies popping up everyday. Case in point, “Did you talk on the phone today”, will you talk on the phone tomorrow, and the next and the next. Traditionally MLM business thrive during a bad economy as a result of people desiring to replace lost or reduced income. So why should we waste a good recession with the wrong outlook. It’s all in how we look at the situation and relate it to business. We like to say, “Develop an Inspired mindset“, which is very different form a motivated mindset.
Inspiration: Having experienced the short lived exhilaration of a motivational seminar as opposed to the long term affects that result from inspiration that is derived from a deep burning passion. It really hit home when I saw Lance Secretan make a very important distinction between motivation and inspiration in his video clip Lance Secretan's Inspired - What Great Leaders Do. He says we mix up the definitions all the time. That by definition the word motivation is a form of bribery, exploitation, manipulation and control. In short an act of selfishness. Inspiration is the exact opposite in that the meaning derives from a latin word meaning ‘spirit’ to breathe, to give life to, the breathe of god. Inspiration is an act of love. With inspiration there isn’t a need for motivation. You will become consumed with a need to fulfill your destiny.

MLM - On The Internet

These days, nearly everyone wants to use the internet to grow their business. In our opinion, the internet is absolutely one of the most powerful tools available to maximize your M L M business. However, how do we utilize the internet without becoming just another internet spammer. Someone making lead and income claims, that very well could be true, but as a result of the public‘s skepticism we end up just putting out the wrong vibe. We personally have not previously used the internet to build our business and have developed a residual income, so we believe 100% in the power of the MLM opportunity to change someone’s financial reality. Long terms success in any industry relies on our ability to not only keep up with a changing market place but to define our place in that market place.

We have built our business using what they are now calling Old School techniques. Prospecting friends, family, the 3 foot rule, strangers in coffee shops, and so on and so forth. One of the bright points of an MLM business is that you succeed based on how many of your team members you can help to be successful. The challenge is that at a certain point almost everyone seems to hit a ceiling, and as a result of their frustrations they leave the business before getting started good or because they are sitting with no production. When people in our industry lose momentum with Old School techniques of recruiting, how do they start learning to use the internet as a marketing tool to build momentum and provide a consistent stream of prospects that are looking for an opportunity. One that is consistent with who we are and does not jeopardize our integrity and present us as just another spammer on the internet.

The definition of spam is unwanted information on the internet. Totally not wanting to become a part of this aspect of internet marketing, we were faced, with a dilemma regarding what to do. Unfortunately a lot of what appears on the internet is what most people in the inter-web community refer to as spam. We have personally work very hard to build an excellent reputation and would like to attract other like minded people who want to take their MLM business to the next level. Under no circumstances are we willing to jeopardize our integrity and that of the industry by succumbing to the techniques of the spammers. We have spent countless hours and a lot of money to learn what is the best method to utilize the internet in order to support everyone, in whatever company they are in, and to integrate a successful internet marketing systems into their existing business. Our intention is not to try to recruit people out of their current companies or to encourage anyone to not follow their companies policies and procedures. Our intention is to develop a support system in the MLM community industry wide that crosses individual company barriers. With a high level of integrity and sound support systems we can further dignify the industry as we learn and develop powerful new marketing systems that create financial freedom in this fast changing world together.
